Capturing Nearly an Entire Festival Stage
At the start of the year, we set ourselves a challenge.
Rather than waiting for festival season to arrive, we reached out directly to artists performing at In It Together Festival in Wales. The idea was simple: give country artists access to professional live content that they could use immediately to promote their music, grow their audience, and showcase their performances.
What followed became one of the most rewarding projects we've delivered to date.
Over three days, Forever Callie Media worked with 13 artists performing on the festival's country stage, providing high-quality photography and video content throughout the event. From emerging artists to established names within the UK country scene, our goal remained the same for every performance: capture the energy, atmosphere and emotion of their set in a way that translates online.
Planning Months Before The Festival
Projects like this don't happen overnight. The conversations started months before the festival gates opened. We contacted artists individually, discussed their content requirements, and planned how we could efficiently deliver media across an incredibly busy festival schedule.
By the time festival weekend arrived, we had a clear strategy in place. Every performance slot was mapped out, every artist knew what to expect, and our team was ready to move quickly between sets while maintaining the quality standards we're known for.
13 Artists. One Stage. Three Days.
Working with 13 artists across a single stage created a unique opportunity.
Because we were focused entirely on the country stage, we were able to learn each artist's performance style, anticipate key moments, and create content tailored to their brand rather than simply documenting the event.
The result was a huge collection of professional gig photography and social media-ready video content that artists could use across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, websites, press releases and future marketing campaigns.
Live performance content remains some of the most powerful material an artist can publish. It demonstrates credibility, builds excitement around future shows and gives fans a glimpse into the energy of a live performance.
A Real Sign Of Trust
One of the biggest highlights wasn't the number of artists involved.
It was the fact that 10 of the 13 artists were existing clients or previous customers.
Only three artists were completely new connections. For us, that says everything.
The music industry is built on trust. Artists need to know that the people capturing their performances understand the importance of the moment and can deliver under pressure.
Having so many returning clients on one stage demonstrated the relationships we've built within the UK country music scene and reinforced something we've always believed: consistency matters.
When artists know they'll receive great content, delivered professionally and on time, they come back.
Delivering Content Before The Set Even Finished
Festival content moves fast. A photo delivered three weeks later might still look great, but it misses the momentum of the event itself. That's why we took things a step further.
Throughout the festival, we were actively editing while artists were still performing. As soon as they stepped off stage, we were able to provide a download link containing professionally edited content ready for immediate use.
No waiting.
No chasing files.
No missing the opportunity to capitalise on the buzz of the performance.
Artists could post high-quality photos and videos within minutes of leaving the stage, helping them engage audiences while excitement around their set was still at its peak.
Supporting UK Country Music
The UK country music scene continues to grow, and it's something we're proud to be part of.
Whether we're working with artists we've known for years or making brand-new connections, our focus remains the same: creating content that helps musicians look professional, build their audience and maximise every performance opportunity.
In It Together Festival was a perfect example of what can happen when preparation, relationships and efficient content delivery come together.
Thirteen artists. Three days. One stage.
Thousands of photographs, countless video clips, and a weekend that showcased exactly why live content remains one of the most valuable investments an artist can make.
We're already looking forward to doing it all again.
